Our policies are designed to ensure clarity and fairness while offering the highest quality service. Whether you’re receiving your order, initiating a return, or requesting an exchange, we aim to make the process smooth and efficient. 1. Shipping Policy
1.1. Processing Time:
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Processing Delays: If there is a delay due to unforeseen circumstances, such as stock issues or system errors, we will inform you within 24 hours of the issue via email at orders@visionztolife.net.
- Holiday Processing: Orders placed on or near holidays may experience longer processing times due to increased demand.
1.2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
- Domestic Shipping (within the U.S.):
- Standard Shipping: Typically 3-5 business days. Cost will vary depending on weight and destination.
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days for an additional fee, calculated at checkout.
- Overnight Shipping: Next-day delivery is available for select locations with an additional fee. Orders must be placed by 12 pm EST to qualify for same-day processing.
- International Shipping:
- We currently do not offer international shipping. Our shipping services are limited to domestic orders within the United States at this time.
1.3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
- You will receive a confirmation email after your order has been shipped. This email will include your tracking number.
- The tracking information will update within 24 hours of shipment. If tracking does not update after this period, please contact us for further assistance at orders@visionztolife.net.
1.4. Lost or Damaged Shipments:
- Lost Packages: If a shipment is lost in transit, please contact us at orders@visionztolife.net with your order details. We will assist in contacting the carrier and, if necessary, provide a replacement or refund.
- Damaged Packages: If you receive a damaged package, please photograph the damage and contact us immediately at orders@visionztolife.net to report the issue. We will provide guidance on the next steps, including possible replacement or compensation.
2. Refunds and Returns Policy
2.1. Return Eligibility:
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, free of stains, free of stretching, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless the product is defective or there was an error in the customization process.
2.2. Non-Returnable and Final Sale Items:
- Final Sale Items: Certain items such as seasonal merchandise, promotional items, and gift cards are final sale and non-returnable.
- Custom Orders: Custom t-shirts, hoodies, or other personalized items cannot be returned unless defective or not as ordered.
2.3. Steps for Return Process:
- Request Return Authorization: Contact us via email at orders@visionztolife.net with your order number and details of the return request.
- Return Authorization Number (RA#): You will receive an RA# and detailed instructions for returning your item.
- Pack and Ship Your Return: Carefully package your item, including the RA# on the outside of the package. Use a trackable method for shipping to ensure we receive the return.
2.4. Return Window:
- You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items returned beyond this timeframe may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
2.5. Return Shipping Costs:
- Customer-Paid Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
- Shipping Refunds: In the event of defective or incorrect items, once we receive and inspect the return, we will refund the cost of standard shipping for the original order. Customers must pay for return shipping, and only the original shipping cost will be refunded, if applicable.
2.6. Inspection and Refund Timeline:
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) within 3 business days. You will be notified if your refund is approved or denied via email.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, and funds will be credited to your original payment method.
2.7. Partial Refunds or Denials:
- Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or missing parts due to misuse will not be eligible for a full refund.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to package items properly and protectively for return to prevent damage during transit. Any damage resulting from inadequate packaging may affect the refund amount.
- If a partial refund is approved, we will notify you of the adjusted amount based on the condition of the item when it is received.
3. Exchanges Policy
3.1. Defective or Damaged Goods:
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at orders@visionztolife.net to arrange for an exchange or replacement. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs; however, upon receiving and inspecting the defective item, we will refund the return shipping cost as part of the final resolution if the item is confirmed to be defective or damaged.
3.2. Size and Fit Exchanges:
- Apparel Size Exchanges: If you ordered the wrong size, we will gladly accept an exchange provided the item is in its original, unused condition. You must request a size exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Exchange Process:
- Contact us for an exchange authorization at orders@visionztolife.net.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs for size exchanges, and we will ship the new item once the original is received.
4. Order Cancellations and Modifications
4.1. Order Cancellations:
- Cancellation Timeframe: Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed for shipping.
- Cancellation Process: To cancel your order, contact us immediately at orders@visionztolife.net. After 24 hours or if the order has already shipped, the cancellation request will not be accepted.
4.2. Order Modifications:
- Modifying Your Order: If you need to make changes to your order (such as updating shipping addresses or changing product options), contact us as soon as possible via orders@visionztolife.net. Changes can only be made before the order has been processed for shipment.
- Changes After Shipment: If your order has already shipped, modifications cannot be made. You may return the item once it arrives for an exchange or refund, depending on eligibility.
